New WRDL Morning Show is Flying High

The new WRDL-FM has come a long way since adviser Steve Suess took over almost two years ago. But one of the stand out changes now getting some well deserved recognition is the morning show "Early Bird's Word." The show is hosted  on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7-9am by juniors Kate Lentz and Chris Beisel (pictured). The show focuses on live, local content from both the campus and the city. Ashland University Public Relations recently came out to do a story about the show, and that article is now featured on the AU website. Click here to check it out. JDM Associate Professor Matt Tullis sat down with senior Rebecca Ribley on AUTV-20's CAS Spotlight to talk about his popular podcast focusing on narrative journalism and the journalists who write it.

JDM streams 2014 AUFB Signing Day Press Conference live

Eagles Head Football Coach Lee Owens welcomed the newest members of the AU football team at a press conference on National Signing Day.

CAS Spotlight features new Communication Studies MAHRC

JDM's CAS Spotlight recently shined the light of innovation on Dr. Theodore Avtgis, chair of the Communication Studies department at Ashland University recently when he stopped by our Center for the Arts Studios to talk about their new online Master of Arts in Health and Risk Communication degree.

JDM senior Rebecca Ribley hosts the CAS Spotlight on AUTV-20. This student-produced talk show features the many great programs, faculty and staff in Ashland University's College of Arts & Sciences.
